General Information
 

Categories:

Series of 9
• Space must be reserved by November 1 by e-mailing Kaaren Poole at kspoole@hughes.net
• 9 pieces, each 8”x8” total size (measurements include the frame if the pieces are framed)
• All pieces in the series must be by the same artist, in the same medium, and consistent with the artist’s chosen theme
• To be hung in a grid of 3 across and 3 down, sequenced by artist
• For sale individually or for the series, at artist’s discretion, or may be NFS
• Each piece must be wired for hanging, with the ends of the wire taped
• Backer for hanging series supplied by PAA and remains PAA property after the show

Series of 3
• Space must be reserved by November 1 by e-mailing Kaaren Poole at kspoole@hughes.net (include size and orientation of pieces)
• 3 pieces, all by the same artist, in the same medium, and consistent with the artist’s chosen theme
• Pieces may be framed or unframed, but in either case must fall within the size limits below
• Pieces must all be the same size and neither the height nor the width may exceed 12” (measurements include frame if any)
• Pieces must all be the same orientation, either portrait or landscape
• Pieces may be grouped either horizontally or vertically
• For sale individually or for the series, at the artist’s discretion, or may be NFS
• Each piece must be wired for hanging, with the ends of the wire taped
• Backer for hanging series supplied by PAA and remains PAA property after the show

Individual works
• No reservation required ahead of time – just bring them the morning the show opens
• size limitation: the height plus the width must not exceed 28”. This includes the frame if the piece is framed.
• for sale or NFS
• must have a wire for hanging, with the ends of the wire taped

Judging:
First, Second, and Third prizes will be awarded in each of the three categories as well as a Best in Show and People’s Choice. Note that the categories are each inclusive of all media and subjects.

Entry Fees and Limitations:
Series of 9: entry fee $15, counts as one entry, limit one per artist
Series of 3: entry fee of $10, counts as one entry, limit one per artist
Individual works: entry fee of $8
Artist may have up to 6 entries of which one may be NFS
