Call for Volunteers for
The 2010 Mother Lode Show
Chairman Alyceann Ginelli reports that planning is going well with the Show. She asks that to expedite the enlistment of volunteers to staff the show for a 3-hour period, help with in-take of art work, or provide refreshments, please give her a call at  626-3862 to select a date

It takes a lot of staffers to cover the full two weeks, so please step up and take a turn. (It’s also a good way to get to know your fellow artists, and learn about their art.)
STUDIO TOUR UPDATE
Chairman Diane Sewell reports that copy will be going to graphics shortly, which will take about a month to prepare. So, for a few more days, late comers can still sign up for the Tour. Call Diane at  677-1566 immediately if you’re interested. We currently have 84 participants.

P.A.A. is again sponsoring a series of short 3-5 hour workshops during the Mother Lode Show at the Shakespeare Club in Placerville during the weeks of August 16 and Aug. 23, including two Saturdays and a Sunday.
You have given us lots of ideas for what classes to offer. We are putting the final touches on the schedule. Watch for sign-up forms at the June and July General Meetings, in the July newsletter, and on our website.
